It is my understanding that British nurses are being laid off and students can't get into the profession. What provision has there been made in their work permits for repatriating Filipino nurses et al due to the availability of EU nationals for the job?
No idea.. although I understand that a lot of these redundancies are actually job reassignments,ie more community nurses.
