</p> Terrance, </p> Recently, I met up with some old mates from way back. They have a poker school which goes back decades. I joined them for a couple of nights and it looks like I may become a regular. They are good nights for sure, but they are not yet altogether fun because I am a bit stressed trying to keep up with them. Each next dealer sets a new game each hand and rattles out new rules. Terms like, 'Hi and Lo, Cincinatti, Omaha, play three out of hand, buy a last card if..., eights min going lo. The betting is fast, too.</p> For me it is a night of concentration, I will get quicker and then I will relax... I understand the games but I am ponderously slow compared to these boys.</p> My question of you is..... do you know of a site where I can play online Texas Holdem..... a site where I can spend somehours and get the basics down to automatic...... so that I focus on the weird stuff.</p> I don't want to join competitions and I don't want to wager much money..... If you've got facebook there's an application on there for Texas Holdem, just playing for fun. Its alright, loads of people on there.
