O/T NatWest closing Wombwell branch

    Now have to go to Hoyland:(

    Not be long until they close that one as well though.

    Closing Wombwell branch because it doesn't get enough customers but always seemed busy to me, especially with business customers, hope they all move to Barclays or Yorkshire bank to teach them a lesson.

    For businesses it must be a pain when branches close, these days though I'm not sure it really affects the average customer. The last time I went in Natwest was about 2 years ago to cash a cheque, and that's probably the last time I saw a cheque!

    I pay in cheques and change now and again.

    What I don't get is why Wombwell has been closed and Hoyland left open, whenever I've been to Hoyland it's been dead but Wombwell is always pretty busy :frown:
