o2 shower o ***** - How about this for a saga!

16h sept i order mi new W800i phone but out of stock so have to wait a week
Comes in and they send it
It doesnt turn up so i ring and find out they sent it to wrong address (wrong number)
I call and tell them and they bar the phone and say we'l order another out to you and get the fraud team on the other
half an hour later i get a call saying phone i out of stock and will be next week now for a new one!!
Instead of wait I go to house it got delivred to and find nobody in so look on tinternet and find out from electoral register and the signature on the receipt of the parcel that it went to the house next door to them so go there and get my phone!! Voila!
Swicth it on and its barred but o2 say its not. Ill update sim details and you turn off and back on again in 2 hours.
2 hours later still barred.
call next day and its "oh yes its barred the IMEI so ill unbar - this will take 24hour" (wnkr)
30 hours later nophone still so i call and they now say... oh it takes 72 hour to unbar a phone but that dont include weekends so it will be tuesday probably! Arghhh! Feckin ell.
Anyway this morning yipee it came on!
I made 1 phone call and sent 1 text and received another before beep beep... and phone now barred again! Tw@s!
So i call and they keep telling me its not barred again so i turn into mr nasty and tell them in no uncertain words the phone if feckin barred! So she roots more and finds out they have sent another phone out to me this morning and it looks like they have probably barred the existing one again! Sweet jesus.
Theyre supposed to be doing a barr and unbar again this afternoon on the one i have here so i can use it and they told me to refuse the new one theyve sent.
I joked where they had sent it this time and guess what!
Theyve sent the new phone to the wrong address again! The feckin idiots! (banghead)
So now theyve probably barred that one as well!

You could not make it up! ( (doh)

Im going to get the second phone back and i can tell you theyre going to have a spot of bother getting it back! I will send it eventually but i think it will be thre turn to do some running about and see how they like it!
