O2 talk a load of balls!

    Check this they just sent me:

    Dear O2 Customer,

    At O2 we are unable to set limits on your phone usage, so it's totally up to you how much you spend.

    Obviously it's great to have this freedom, but please do remember that you are responsible for all charges to your account.

    That's why it's always a good idea to keep an eye on your phone usage to ensure that you don't run up a bill you can't pay, which may result in the restriction, or even the stoppage, of your O2 service.



    So.... they cant set limits on your phone but they can stop you making calls if you dont pay your bill! Contradicting or what. What a shower. Looking to move after this contract. Some of their customer service is pants. Took them 3 attempts to get my phone delivered to me and it went to the wrong address twice! Then they put me on the wrong tarriff, then they managed to conveniently forget the free texts they had offered me. Then they totaly forget ever talking to me about anything. LOL. Useless.
