If the reds are still in the **** at the wrong end of L1 and Danny's new club give us a hammering. The board may get a little bit of light ribbing from the Ponte end, well that's if there's anybody left in the ponte end by that stage of the season.

It's not been very interesting this season so that would make a nice change.

More likely Chesterfield will be deep in the relegation dogfight with the possibility of yet another relegation on Wilsons C.V. The next month or so will have a huge bearing on where we will be in April.

The chessy fans were gutted when he was linked to them as we're donny when he was linked with them. I think with the squad they have got danny has a job on to keep them up and for a man who has had just as many relegations as promotions on his c.v I think they will be right in the **** themselves come April 9th

Lovely fella but a dinosaur in terms of modern day football management. The best they can hope for is that he's steady at the helm and manages to keep them up.

If Chesterfield and still at the wrong end of the table and we hammer them the North Stand will empty and the few left will give the Chezzie board some banter.Half full/half empty.

Yes and the totally modern up to date numpty we've got now with his PowerPoint presentations and Drones eye view of training is doing so much better than Danny did. Danny never managed to lose 8 on the spin even when we were in with the big boys in the PL. Oh what I'd give for steady as she goes and a place in L1 next season.

If I was one of those that went to Christmas Mass then i'd be inclined to pray for Chesterfield fans, they are going to need it.

The disrespect being shown here to our best ever manager ought to astound me.

    It doesn't like.

    Hey ho.

I've got the memories that he gave me. Good ones.

I seriously doubt that this modern up to manager sorry head coach will ever do the same. The opposite is more likely.

Just look at Wilsons 2nd spell and he is well up there with the worst managers in our history. With the amount of relegations he has on his C.V people are going to lose respect for him. LJ is a poor manager but not because he is modern but because he is tactically inept.

No one is knocking what he did first time round. Second time was poor at best. But I'd have him back tomorrow in place of Lee Jay now. But that doesn't take much I'd take anyone at min over Lee Jay as I'm beginning to have no confidence in the bloke at all.

Reds fans of course have no reason to worry what with our super modern head coach backed by a wonderful board of directors we are laughing all the way to L2.

In the passing of time it won't matter.

Plus BFC is a basket case club this time around.

We are doing so much better with a bright shiny new 'head coach' than an old footballing dinosaur.

We were below average under Wilson now we are diabolical mostly and sometimes wonder if Lee Jay knows what he is on with. Wilson#2 wasn't the answer neither is Lee Jay I'm afraid.

Not wanting to repeat what's been said a million times over the last month but we've tried a different philosophy under Johnson, ie young players, it hasn't worked...Wilson may have had to operate under the same philosophy, or was maybe even sacked because he didn't agree with it.

Dave Bassett, Andy Ritchie both accused of being out of date with modern coaching methods, Mark Robins wasn't exactly touted as an innovator
