What was the "administrative error"? Must have been some error to be docked 18 points! Looks like Rotherham got off lightly.............
RE: What was the "administrative error"? They played a player they bought from Wales (?) who played a number of games before his interantional clearance came through. They were docked all the points they got in the games he played.

they didn't buy him from wales they found him playing in a park in north london, invited him to train with them. he turned out to be ok so they gave him a go. didn't even know he had previously played league of wales games
