and puts it wide commentator says "odejayi is winning everything up front but his efforts are well off target". about as much good as a chocolate fireguard.
This is the thing He DOES win flick ons, but there's rarely anyone up with him to get on the end of them, which kind of defeats the object...
then he isn't really winning the ball by heading them to nobody or to the opposition he isn't winning the ball. Generally speaking if the ball is put into the air for him then it is done so by our players (or a god awful back pass) so we already have the ball. If we pass to him and he heads it to them then he's given it away. If there is nobody up the pitch from him then why isn't he looking and seeing that and heading it somewhere else?
It's true though..... ....all that you've put for the past hour or so is '4-3-3' this and 'KO' that. I think you enjoy it. And you probably were being a silly b.stard. You still are.
RE: then he isn't really winning the ball Maybe his strike partner should be anticipating the ball though, so it's actually his partner that's 'losing' the ball rather than Oddjob. Think it's 50/50 tbh, half of time he heads it to no one and half of the time he heads it in a good area where his partner should be, but aren't.
