Lots of posts after Wembley about how crap Oddball is and how he shouldn't play again. What now? The miss at Wembley was a joke and his striking record is ***** but you have to admit he puts himself about and worries defenders (not usually goalkeepers though!). I think if he can get a few more goals and his confidence in front of goal increases, he might do alright for us. He is def not a Dave Regis. Regis couldn't score either but also had no strength on the ball.
The guy needs to use these two goals and confidence gained from it to have a decent run at the end of the season. After his performance against Chelsea he should have built on it, but never did. Can't afford to do that now. He seems to have the support of all the players and backroom staff. It is not easy to knock Shittu off the ball and he did that. He's got the pace on allot of defenders.

he possibly will get us more goals from this kind of set up, bearing in mind this is just the midfield Devaney-------Howard--------JCR -----------------Leon------------------ ----------Maken----------Odejayi---- use Leon as the Attacking midfielder putting those through balls in instead of just hoisting it over the top to nobody in perticular
