Confidence looked rock-bottom when he came on. The way he was walking suggested he wanted to be anywhere other than on the park. Typified by the incident where he did tremendously well to shake off their player in the centre circle leaving us three on two, but instead of setting the player running through the middle free (Ferenczi?) he took the ball himself and ran into trouble. Heard a lot of good things about him at the start of the season, so am very disappointed to see him struggling like this.......

All the talk on here from the last game was how he didn't run around or put an ounce of effort in when he came on. Last night he came on and sprinted around like a mad thing for the short time he was there - don't think you can question him for that last night.

Agree, looks a player totally lost at the moment.
The fans can't help him with the boos, but the guy needs to have confidence and belief in himself. Personally feel that SD needs to take him away from the first team and let him have a couple of games in the reserves.

Look, he's had 10 minutes to adapt to a higher standard of football, what more do you want ?

The point about him looking to get rid when he was one on one with the defender is a very valid one. A player with confidence would have skinned the defender (as would Odejayi when he first came here )

It could be a lack of confidence

Or it could be that he's just *****.

    No

He's got pace to burn. If a player has got that then it's a fantastic foundation to build on.

I had to read that twice, at first I thought you'd said he's got pace to bum. Which was a bit odd, but not out of character.
