Yep played very well but when did he threaten goal?? One chance in first half when he came running in and just missed it i suppose. I will and will both ko and mostto to prove me wrong but i just dont think they are going to cut it at this level. Of the two - i admit KO is showing most promise. But just not in front of goal!!

    Couldn't agree less.

Nine balls to the head, eight flick ons to nobody. One went to a red shirt but he failed to get into space for the return ball. Every time it came to his feet he started wrestling with his marker, was either outmanoeuvred or pushed off the ball and fell down. I can't stand to watch the bloody donkey.

    RE: Couldn't agree less.

His job is to flick the ball on for GOOD strikers to RUN ONTO. Not stand and watch as the ball is headed on into SPACE.

See, the equation here? GOOD STRIKER RUNS INTO SPACE to get flick on. Make sense?

A defenders job is to STOP the STRIKER getting the ball, and either turning and going towards goal or laying it off to a team mate. A good striker will battle to keep the ball.

See, the equation here? DEFENDER BATTLES ATTACKER, ATTACKER BATTLES BACK.

My advice to you, learn the game. Then critique. He's getting better, but when your team mates play like a set of retards then you can only try your hardest. ONE player does not make a TEAM.

    Have to say

I thought the flick ons in the first half were very good, it's the job of his strike partner to either time his run from slightly deeper or bend the run along the back line of the defenders. Mossto did none of this.

    Flick ons to nobody?

Who's fault is that then? I agree Odejayi's been a big disappointment but there was bugger all support for him today in one of his better games. Surely it's up to Mostto to try and use a bit of anticipation. Poor midfield selection cost us this game. You simply cannot play McCann and Howard as a centre pairing. Needs a Togwell/Johnson/De Silva type in there. No balls of the testicle variety in the engine room. Both Full Backs were awful as well. But let's all blame Odejayi for some reason.

    RE: Couldn't agree less.

Ah I see. You mean "good strikers" who can run 100ft a second? That's what we need, strikers who can run on to a flick on even when they're not even there. Strikers who can teleport out of your field of vision into a position behind you in the blink of an eye.

See the equation there? FLICK BALL ON TO WHERE YOUR TEAM MATES HAVE A FECKING CHANCE OF GETTING TO IT?

My advice to you, learn the basics of human capabilities. Then critcise. Tip: when you're the furthest forward and you can see everybody but their keeper you'll flick it on to their keeper.

    It's not rocket science.

    Shows how much you know.

Odejayi's job was to win the headers, people around him were meant to get on to them. He won almost everything yet every time no one there. It's a bit difficult trying to win the header, look where other player is and head it to him. Leave the guy alone FFS.

windy has got a point with SOME of KO's flick on's.

Some of them were flicked into positions that it was impoosible for any of our players to get to before theirs.

No its not thats his job, he is a profesional footballer, if he cant control the direction he heads the ball in then he may as well give up.

He had a good first half today but one half in 17 games is pretty poor.

He was by far the best player first half, the problem was he was by far the worst player the second half as soon as his game went down hill so did the rest of the teams

How the **** can anyone get onto his flicks when they go in complete opposite directions every time. Sorry but he is 1st/2nd division at best, it's embarassing to have him and Mossto in the team as we are already carrying two players before kick off, with Mcann as well we have 3 complete passengers. None good enough but nowt else to choose from really.

he played better than he has done, that's different to

playing well. when he's set standards as low as he has, then anything is better.
