only those against Palace A Ipswich A and Peterboro H are what I would call nothing games-the other 10 involve title prospects , playoff prospects or relegation candidates-can KH motivate the squad for the remainder of the season-because it sounds from today's commentary that he didn't manage it today

 

I don't think it's a question of motivation

I haven't been today, so I can't comment, but if it looked like the lads weren't putting in the effort then I've got to say that is very much a one off. Our team have looked fantastically motivated all season and consistently put in 100%. Great credit to Keith for that.

Our problem is a complete lack of quality players. For various reasons we've lost all the quality from the side who were carrying the team and the replacements simply aren't of the same standard. Butterfield created a lot of the goals, Vaz Te scored them. Without them we're just not a very good team. In my opinion the squad we've got are very hard workers there's just no quality. I don't know how we combat that. I can't see motivation alone doing it.
