    The current mrs wilkojohnson sez there's 25% off six bottles of wine at Tesco's (bottles costing >£4.04) for a limited period (she didn't say for how long) - but tinternet says til this sunday - time to stock up methinks (also applies to champagne btw)

    In years past, Lady Kaht and I have been seduced by such offers. Usually under the justification that "that will get us stocked up for Christmas!". When reality bites, if you are enthusiastic (as we are) you soon realise that that will only get you sorted for the last weekend in November! Hence, like all these offers, the clever marketing people induce you to buy more than you would have done. Except we probably would have done under another excuse anyway. At least we don't sup as much as Grandfathertyke!
