    Dear All

    My mum is wanting to buy a basic laptop. She is not very techy oriented and I am 8000 miles away so it is difficult to advise her. Can any of you recommned a decent, good value laptop? She is looking to use it for the internet, digital photography, desktop publishing. She would need a CD burner and, if possible, a DVD burner and she would also like to be able to go wireless. Any suggestions? Thanks for all your help.
