Little White Chapel for a quickie wedding, then a romantic evening with the 'music' of Celine Dion.

    Classy..

PF Changs is a good meal and atmosphere, sit and eat at the bar if there's only a few of you. The Bellagio buffet is expensive (go early if you decide) but with Crab, fillet steak and amazing deserts it's worth it. Don't bother watching the volcano at the Mirage it's absolutely rubbish, I've never seen so many people turn round and go 'is that it?'. If you're going to the Grand Canyon I'd recommend these guys http://www.papillon.com/ we did the Grand Celebration Tour, landing in the Canyon gives you a perspective on how bloody big it is. The shopping in the MGM beats the fashion mall hands down, also remember there's state tax on top of any prices. We didn't go to see a show but at £150+ a ticket we spent our money on other things.

A few of us had dinner with Tom Jones in FiAMMA in MGM Grande the weekend of the Hatton fight. Top food & wine.

There's 2 new rides at the top of the stratosphere. Look for a video of X-Scream on youtube. It was the single scariest thing I've ever done. Sheer terror. Also the buffet at the Wynn is awesome. $40, but you can stuff yourself silly with prime rib. Fremont Street is worth a look. In terms of gambling I found the low limit hold'em games to be profitable if you just sit tight. If you like poker they're a good idea, plus its the one situation where you aren't playing the house.
