    Now we are all going to be searched for cans of sweet corn we'll have to think of something else! Always amazed me this weapons searching when we all have coins in our pockets.

    Can't throw them 'dangerous' drinks bottle tops then just sharpen a 50p piece like they used to in the dark old days of the 70's and 80's! (banghead)

    I can well remember an old age pensioner who was a season ticket holder at Oldham that had his flask confiscated cos it was an offensive wepon. This was two weeks after Barnsley's visit at the start of the 88/89 season.... Makes you wonder doesn't it? Wasn't it also around this time that we weren't allowed to take cans of Coke, etc into Oakwell? I seem to recall them stopping people with brollies too??
    Hull City one year; they actually told everyone to take their badges off and put them in a bin!!
