Jack Walton is a better keeper than Dibble so no point keeping him.

Or he wasn't good enough and the people who see him every day made a decision. Hey ho.

Yes because Lee Johnson us well known for making brilliant decisions such as Sam Winnall up front on his own or in midfield. He can't possibly be wrong because he saw him every day. Though that begs the question of why he suddenly stopped playing him in midfield and we started winning.

Saw Dibble a few times and he wasn't good enough.

How much time do you spend watching training?

You can see quality or potential pretty quickly. It seems pretty straightforward to me . He's found his level and good luck to the lad .

Erm ok but as I was talking about Lee Johnson bypassing him to bring in and play Townsend I think I'll stick to mentioning what a poor judge of player Lee Johnson was at times despite seeing players every day

We don't see them everyday so LJ knew what he was doing playing Winnall as a loan striker, playing Winnall out on the wing, never dropping Nyatanga, playing 451 when fans were crying out for 442, going so long with a team of kids when fans were saying for ages we needed experience, saying Hourihane can't play in a 2 when he was doing just that at Plymouth etc etc etc.

As for Dibble he probably is a better choice than Townsend. But if Walton is so highly rated it's better to release someone to push him further up the pecking order.
