    We had three strikers on the bench in the last game, so we aren't short on replacements. Of course he will be missed but it makes us look good to other clubs as the improvement in him since joining is already there for all to see.

    Good luck to him he deserves it and credit to the coaching staff at 'Well.

    What utter dumdnuts the FA,and FL are organising games at biggest period of fixtures for clubs, this is as bad as the Tuesday night or Christmas fixtures when clubs and their fans are having to travel great distances. Piss up and brewery come nowhere near describing the brain dead numpties that roam the corridors at these institutions.

    I wonder whether we asked to take him, and the response was 'Nahh, but you can have Connolly instead'.

    Although I'm not sure how well it would have gone done with the rest of the squad if a lad who showed little will to play for us 8 months ago was brought back in and played at the expense of those who've shown more commitment to us.
