He's bigging Leeds up a bit isn't he? Champions Leagues and success is in the past for them, they're no longer a big club in English football. We took 4 points of them last season Keith, l know you like to compare to last season when you've beaten someone. Same again this year please and give this one a try this weekend Keith...go for the Biggles look. http://www.ralphlauren.com/product/...&cp=1760781.3351645&view=99&parentPage=family
Mentioning the Middlesborough and Southampton games from three months ago again I see. I agree with you Gordon about Leeds. He's talking them up way too much for a team we've done well against in recent years. It's a winnable game.
Well the article actually states that they WERE a big club, but their fans still expect success. He clearly states in the article their players must feel a pressure to perform in front of their home fans. He's bigging them up so that we can frustrate them and let the crowd get on their back. Expect to see a 1-0 win to us - scrappy goal from the back of someone's head.
Not just last season. When was the last time Leeds managed to beat us? I remember a cup game we lost at their place in about 2000 (1-0 IIRC), but what about League games?
Last time they beat us in the league was in the premiership season They beat us home and away. In the p.issing down rain at Oakwell and then Hristov got sent off for doing what every pro player does about 100 times per match at Elland Road.
Re: Last time they beat us in the league was in the premiership season Great header by Adie Moses that do too..........
