If they didn't like Foster, what the hell are they going to make of McNulty?

Very odd that we re-signed him then went on to stuff the squad with centre halves without even giving McNulty a go. Should have released him for the benefit of everyone concerned.

Foster and McNulty are completely different players although I agree that re-signing him now seems a bit of a strange one.

Surely this means we are now in the market for a new left-back on loan. ?

Good luck M.C Nulty. He came to us injury prone with one kidney, yet in his first season played over 40 games for us so was a significant part of staying in this league. Last season injuries returned but he still played around 20 games. Weird to sign him back up and never give him a chance this season. What a waste of a wage. Hopefully thought King Ronnie can keep him match fit, he does well there and comes back here eager to impress.

    Good luck Jimmy McNulty.

Did well first season and then struggled second season (fitness and form).

If REDS are to improve, then moving on the likes of McNulty is a necessity.
