    NOTE: The number of page impressions the club get on the official site also improves the ammount of money going into the club coffers. We all know we need every penny we get our hands on so if you'd got out of the habit of visiting the club site then could I suggest you visit it more frequently?
    The club are aware of the short comings of the site and plans are in place to rectify these.

    So on the 23rd of December we closed our retail outlets early. On boxing day with around 10,000 (estimated) football fans in the stadium we refuse to open our retail outlets after the final whistle and on bank holiday 27th December we close our retail outlets completely.

    At the end of the season when Barnsley FC are once again complaining about being a poor team with low revenue they will only have themselves to blame. My local corner shop has opened far longer hours this christmas than BFC have bothered to.
