    The supplier have been rubbish lately. They still keep on sending them out in single use plastic rather than a paper envelope, but they are late arriving too. The Brentford programme didn't arrive until five days later on the following Monday. I didn't get the Bournemouth one until yesterday.

    It might not be the suppliers fault as the post is crazy at the moment and some offices are well behind with staff off ill volume of parcels and packets and Christmas cards as well.
