    Agree ST. That really is the elephant in the room isn't it.? Looking at all the facts, they will in 7 days
    time be called to give their evidence. I don't think that allows. sufficient time for the tribunal to be Party
    to the " full" facts. In the meantime the Receiver is making Staff redundant and also preparing to sell their
    highest earning players.

    I wish them no ill will, but surely they can't expect a reversal of this decision.? It's quite clear that if a
    Club enters administration, the penalty is the docking of twelve points. In fact if they don't agree to pay
    25% of what's owed to their non football creditors, they could well face a further fifteen point deduction.
    Worrying times indeed for their fan base, but equally a similar situation applies to ourselves.?

    After the Herculean performances of our boys in those last games re- battering the eventual Champions
    on their own paddock before losing to an unfortunate own goal and beating two of the then chasing pack
    in Forest and Brentford, it would be cruel beyond reason to exonerate Wigan and relegate us instead.Surely that
    can't be allowed to happen.?
