    Can I recommend that people watch this, and do so from beginning to end.

    Many will be interested only in the first part, in which Bobby details the ups and downs of a long playing career, its highlights and its problems. He deals with the problems as honestly as he can, given that he is speaking from a personal perspective. However, I was more interested in his time out of the spotlight at the Academy, because it relates more to an area of club policy that I have been known to comment upon at length. That is recruitment, education and the club's trading strategy when it comes to sales. Many do not like that strategy, but I think Bobby explains it, and also the need for it, as well as anything that I have listened to.

    Does Bobby want to be head coach eventually? He does not say so, but I think he does.
