    Watched his interview earlier today and the main thing that comes across is the improvement in his grasp of the English language. His competence and hence confidence get noticeably better every week. Its now a pleasure to listen to him. Whoever and whenever we appoint a new CEO his/her first task must be to tie him to a better and longer contract
