In which case he needs to run himself into the ground for 45-60 minutes and then we can bring Cadden on.
To be fair, the club and Collins may know Cadden won't sign a new contract, so the logical (as long as there isnt a substantial drop off) thing to do would be to play Styles, who may wanna go but at least we will get a fee. Suppose we may never know!
Will today be the day that Callum styles's shirt needs washing after he's played a game of football? Nah I doubt it, there'll be more sweat from the crowd in 0 degrees than there will from styled playing football
Dropping jalo from the squad and keeping watters on the bench is bonkers. That lads got a better agent than MI5
The situation re Styles is really weird. He's obviously got a lot of technical ability, but he seems to be a player without a position. Unlike some on this forum, I don't think that his performances have been really bad this season, but, in view of the fact that he is a regular feature in the Hungarian national team, one would be entitled to expect him to be outstanding in League One, and he clearly isn't.
I don't rate Styles. I do rate Cadden. I also think Cadden has been, at best, average this season and I don't think he's performed anywhere near well enough to be an automati selection every week. He's been really disappointing. I wouldn't pick Styles ahead of him, but I can't come up with a strong argument as to why Cadden should be selected. The only thing I can come up with is that I don't think Styles is any good and that's a weak argument as it's based on my prejudice.
I wouldn't describe them as really bad just anonymous most of the time in center midfield. I think Styles is one of the most over rated players we have ever had. Watch him put in a motm performance tonight.
Can't believe the stick that Styles is getting, I hope he's still our player when he's playing in the Euros and hopefully doing us and himself proud.
I can think of a strong argument supporting Cadden's selection. He is a very good crosser of the ball, has an excellent shot and likes to take on and try to beat an opponent, unlike the highly frustrating O'Keeffe, for example.
