    AS Andy Ritchie searches the loan market for the quality needed to improve his squad ahead of Saturday's trip to high-flying Birmingham City, the Reds are again being linked with a double swoop for former Barnsley star Chris Morgan and ex-England international Nick Barmby.</p>

    These latest rumours were published in yesterday's Sunday People newspaper, who claim:</p>

    I don't want to hear tabloid rumours about the club coming from the club.
