Doesn't actually ask for any improvements though. Bit pointless really.

Do you buy a programme? Why does that matter? You already know how many you sell. Without asking WHY people who say no dont buy one you have gained absolutely zero insight.

What would encourage you to attend? Pre match entertainment, post match etc. But no option to say WHAT I consider that to be.

What food. Meat, vegetarian, vegan. What if I want chips? Do I have to tick vegan? That gives you completely the wrong Impress.


Seems like a box ticking exercise with very little thought put into the actual questions and as a result it will tell the club very very little.
