    ...to follow on from my report below. At half time they brought England test hero and (sort of) local hero Marcus Trescothick on to the pitch. But then, really strangely, the whole Somerset cricket team came out and paraded their 20/20 Trophy. They got a terrific round of applause from all the home fans (they didn't come near us for some reason!) Now that is odd because Gloucestershire Cricket Club HQ is in Bristol and yet the Somerset team were being treated like local heroes. North Somerset is just to the south of the city but this was like Notts cricket club coming on to the pitch at Oakwell - very weird!
