We'd do the same

in their position. Makes sense to me. Administration and start on 0 points, or administration and start on -10. Hmmm.....

    Sounds dodgy

Ken Bates puts the club into admin and buys it back again!

I thought that, who do the administrators work for? I thought it was summat about getting the best deal for the creditors. So surely the adminstrators should give other people a chance to to come up with a better offer.

    > "The sale of the club is subject to approval by its creditors, via a Company Voluntary Arrangement (CVA).

I hope the creditors tell em to stick the sale up their big fat white-***** leeds-scum asses. (kissmyass) To put it bluntly!

    So Dave

How come they were able to go into administration and then an independantly appointed adminitrator decide within 2 minutes that the offer by masterbates, was in the best interests of the creditors, without first seeking competative offers for a saleable business from elsewhere?

    It's not fair though.

I asked to go into administration and get 10 points taken off my driving licence for doing so. The judge told me to f**k off.

    RE: So Dave

still to be approved by a majority of the creditors, and as Bates represents the largest creditor it's likely to be approved. The only point I'm making is that we went into admin ourselves and some of the 'holier than thou' comments that have been posted seem to have forgotton that.

I agree, but they are not breaking the rules.... it's the rules that need changing.
