    Well, guess what. There wasn't!

I was resisting a review of yesterday's match but here is a very short one (well, short by my standards)

Starting to get very angry now with this team and management. Sleepwalking off a cliff is a good way to describe them. All of them.

Mawson - not for the first time this season we saw him making a dozy, lazy track back towards the ball going into our net. A bit of effort and I think he could have slid across and blocked that goal. Obviously he shouldn't have been in a position of having to. What was Scowen thinking of giving that ball to Digby, or rather NOT giving it to him? My first reaction was "Another Digby slip up, another goal", but that's not fair on him. He was given an impossible ball to deal with and they just went on for an easy goal.

Mawson nearly made up for it though with that terrific free kick. Unlucky not to score with it.
Townsend made a fantastic flying save in the second half and had a reasonably decent game.
Roberts - what has happened to this lad? From being an absolute rock against Everton he has suddenly become a Halifax player again. Puzzling.

The rest? Barely worth a mention. I thought Isgrove looked good on his debut and certainly tracked back and won some balls he had no right to, but we need him at the other end. Maybe with a couple of games behind him he will turn into the JOS replacement we have been waiting for. Harris is starting to get on my nerves now and the sooner he goes back the better. Smith connected weakly with a cross and headed at the keeper.

Er....that's it. We have now succumbed to the mighty Fleetwood, Crewe, Shrewsbury and Walsall at home. Shocking, just absymal.

Will I be at Glanford Park next week? Probably because it is closer to my house than Oakwell is, but I am not looking forward to it one bit. Paddy Madden has ten in the bag so far. Make that thirteen by 5pm next Saturday.

Not giving up on them, like some, but my God it's hard keeping the faith :(

Can't disagree with any of that.

That's why it's called faith fella. We're most of us still hanging in there. :)
