Bet you're a bit peeved he didn't go to Man UTd as that included a loan back. Still....£5m for a player that's only played about 22 games (and most of those as a sub) - nice bit of business.

Nice bit of business indeed. Would have been nice to have had him back on loan but he had to do what was best for himself. Mate of mine works with his uncle (uncle sat next to me for Ramseys' debut) & he's always said that Aarons preference was Arsenal as he believes he can get into their side - now! Liverpool had guaranteed him 10 first-team games next season as well. Think Fergie is seeing the error of his ways in sending Ramsey to meet Gary Neville instead of him when Arsenal flew him out to Switzerland to meet Arsene Wenger face to face. Wenger had also personally watched him on a number of occasions. He was far too good to be playing for us at this level tbh, so it was inevitable he'd be on the move. Good luck to him. Bet the fish-tank will be well stocked this season
Well I never! Red you say? When the PC brigade get their hands on that one I can't see you being allowed to play in such a provocative colour! Just for a change we're having a new kit next season. Honestly' we've had more kits than Man Utd - most seasons we have 3 and have done for the last 15 years. Unbelievable. Commemorative one next year for our last season at NP. Fans choice of their favourite ever kit - it's the one in the Robin Friday picture btw. Just been perked up a bit with a text recieved though - we've arranged a pre-season friendly at home to Ajax in Marco Van Bastens 1st game in charge. Happy days. What with Celtic in Portugal, a very decent pre-season now.
RE: Well I never! Pah! We've got Wigan! We replace both home and away kit every year, and we had a special one for the FA Cup semi as well.
RE: Well I never! Well we've got Merthyr and Team Bath. Oh, and Chasetown. Yeah, we had a "special" Cup Final one - to go along with our Blue, Black and Red other options. Money, money, money - that's all it is. Irony is that I think they'd sell more by just changing one a year, thereby alternating. They know best though, eh.
