    Odejayi is never goingb to be a player of any significance. in fact he would struggle to get in Ebbsfleet Utd team.

    that's what happens when a team starts to get desperate, they start playing the long ball scruffy ****. It's understandable when it's the last 5-10 minutes of a game that you're losing. It's unforgivable when it's the last 20 games of the season though. Only a manager can instill that confidence back into the players to put the ball back on the ground and play with confidence again. Or not.
