OK. Had to brag about it some time. Anyone else off to the Euros this summer?

Amazed at how easy it was to get tickets last week (Got 4 for the France game off the Uefa website).
£250 return flights Heathrow - Kiev on 8 June then Odessa - Heathrow on 16 June. £30 per person in a Kiev apartment for two nights then two nights camping in Donetsk. We are spending the last four nights down on the Black Sea coast. Going to hire a car to get around which I think will be the scary part of the trip.

Anyone else out there at that time? Come on!!

Yeh, me and 3 mates are going.

Kiev & Donetsk for the France & Sweden games, sleeper train between the two, flights & apartments in both cities booked. A couple of mates of one of the lads going with us are also meeting us over there. Bring it on!

Yes mate. Got tickets for all the group games in Donetsk and the quarters and semis there. Good luck with the driving, you're brave! Perhaps a good job you don't speak Russian, less chance for the cops to extract a bribe! Black Sea should be ace, we're thinking of going down there for a bit in between the France and Ukraine games and giving our France v Ukraine tickets to the relatives. Drop me a line nearer the time, would be well up for meeting for a beer.

Paying to watch a thug, a racist, a man who taunts people in the wake of a terrorist attack, a drugs cheat and a man who sleeps with prostitutes and verbally abuses those who pay his wage amongst others? No ta

If I wanted to pay to watch that kind of person i'd rent a house outside wakefield prison.

I'd rather we had a national team made up of decent human beings.

I agree, I think they're a bunch of tw@ts for the most part (Walcott excepted who comes across as a very polite and intelligent young man) but having bought tickets in Donetsk I'm not complaining that they came up as England games.

Will contact nearer the time and possibly meet up.

I've heard the bribes are only a few quid anyway. Might try and get a cop to escort us around!!

But unfortunately not very good at football.

Milner is meant to be a model example of a young man as well to be fair.

England members club for 10 years then England Fans membership, a World Cup and a Euro's under the belt, many years of disappointment, plastic fans turning out for just the tournaments and getting tickets, low ticket allocations, thug eastern European coppers, nobhead Blades fans abroad, that Wednesday band, flights being trebled once a game is announced, city prices going up once a game is announced, £13,000 later and l've called it a day following the national side, so no, not bothering and lost the interest in it these days. Those memories are now on memory sticks, l'm now waiting on us either somehow qualifying for Europe like Millwall & Brum in the past or at least watching the Reds in pre-season abroad, preferably an Eastern European untapped city full of blue eyed blonde, size 6, Russians.

    Sort it out Keef.

Depends what you do! Illegal overtaking is the big one over here. If you hear the words "dvoinaya sploshnaya" (double white line) or their favourite "vstrechnaya polosa" (oncoming lane of traffic), this means they'll be trying to confiscate your licence and therefore extract a very large bribe! Of course, you just tell them where to go as they have no right to confiscate a foreign licence. You may need to get an international permit in order to hire a car though so best check, it only costs a fiver so well worth it.
