Last season.... by Christmas we were all having kittens. Keefy was sent packing and Mr Flitcroft took temp charge. He performed the biggest miracle since Jesus arose from the dead. He got a set of players to do things none of us believed possible. He was praised on high... we the fans wanted... nay demanded him as manager permanent. That wish was granted. Now we fast forward to the close and Pre-season... signings et al... everything looked rosey...we all had hope and belief. Now 4 games in we are shattered, what the hell has happened. The players that made us proud from Christmas on are almost all here, Flickers "Special people". We have not brought is a massive amount of Noobs, well not that many that would rock the boat IMHO. So again what gives. Are they thinking or hoping we can await Christmas and then perform or what. If that's so then I for one am not happy. This season I was rather hoping to be in the middle 8 region for the season ... and not scrapping yet again.... SERIOUSLY , middle 8? Is that too much of an ask?
now that sir...seriously made me Laugh Out Loud just hope we do not have to await easter for this seasons miracles
they not even sure when it happened never mind whether it did or not last year they said he rose early april this year it was a couple of weeks later if you gonna peddle a story at least get dates right
Indeed sir yes I a know I come across as a meithering old git... but FFS it would be nice these days to be able to shout and crow a bit. Those days seem well behind. I have had some wonderful moments in the sun with BFC, my first attendance was 1961. So have had great times. We do have more to be grateful for than a lot of other sides, I have een promotions been to Old Wembley, new Wembley, the Millenium stadium, seen Premier teams humbled in the cups... but somehow over the last decade (in the champs) BFC seems to be like a ship afloat with no direction... its hurting and worrying
