    at the end of the day they are a relegated premiership side...honestly who on here would have started going on about dropping our best player of the season brian howard and slagging off simon davey if we had last 1-0 away to watford or charlton??

    Some have been saying for weeks that Howard has more effect at home than away. He never hides, but runs around to little purpose and continually losing the ball puts us under more pressure away. The midfield had a much more solid look to it at Ipswich when he was unavailable and an extra grafter was added in Togwell. Trouble is, he isn't going to put up with being left out for most away games. I'd also only play one of either JCR or Devaney away.
