    It builds bridges with the fans and if you read what I wrote again

    you will see that I mentioned Rioch and Big W grooming him into a manager rather than just throwing him in at the deep end like JD did with Super John. Since Redfearn left us he has had numerous coaching roles at various levels and has completed the necessary qualifications.
