from what I can read on here, we are trying to sign Hammil, Andranik and others unknown. I am sure that last season Andranik, Colace and Da Silva together did not work. If we sign Andranik he must have been assured of playing , so who does not play or are we going to stick with that ***** again this season. Hammil looked a good player while on loan , so I would like him, but again if we are playing the previously mentioned 3 , then how does Hammil get a game,,surely he will also have been assured of playing? Personally I thought Andranik was a waste of a loanee. We dont need him. Who are the defenders Davey has hinted at? Is it true that Davey said today that 90% of KO`s shots are on target and when asked why they were not goals then he could not answer?
We need more than 2 central midfielders What happens when one's injured or suspended? JCR and hopefully Hammill on wings in a 4-4-2 (dribble)

RE: We need more than 2 central midfielders I'm sure Butterfield will be on the bench a bit yeah and may be the 4th centre mid. That's fine. But he barely played last season so I don't see how suddenly he's good enough to play regularly. Hopefully he has.

Davey said today at Open Day he's turned down the chance to move to Blackpool but he's biding his time with him. Personally, i don't see this one coming off as he's dead set on staying at Rangers, would be a hell of a signing if he did come though. Brian Howard's replacement to get the goals through the middle because Anderson and Colace couldn't hit a Cow's arse with a Banjo!
I am not getting anymore encouraged for the coming season. Going to be a scary ride again, Hopefully a few GOOD signings and things will look brighter this coming week.
Yup. So Andranik is a no from me, hardly set the world alight and no better than Colace or Anderson and nearly cost us relegation with his morngy stunt against Forest.

The lad shows pure genius at times even if his shooting his woeful. Should be given a new contrast as soon as possible as he's out of contract next summer.
Darren Ward a CB at Wolves is available, should get him for around 300/400k i'd imagine. Had a great loan spell at Charlton last season and was the best player on the pitch when they came to Oakwell in February? Get him signed Davey!
RE: That is what we need, not another defensive midfielder. What kind of midfielder is Anderson? He needs to improve his shooting this season, I certainly would'nt say he's a defensive player he needs to show us a bit more this season.
