Best Atmosphere - got to be Liverpool hasnt it

very vocal fans - no wonder they won the champions league with them behind the team.

It definitely used to be when you could stand in the Kop

Used to go sometimes when I was a Student and the atmosphere on the Kop itself was something else -not been back since it went all seater so dont know if its still the same.</p>

    Birmingham away

Promotion season. I sat in with the Brum fans which turned out to be an error.
Watson saved a penalty with 5 minutes to go, I had to put my head in my hands and smile.
Came out of the ground to find Reds fans and Brum fans chucking bottles at each other.

I remember going to Stoke when they played at the Victoria ground and the crowd singing Delilah - shouldn't be scary but I have to admit it was pretty intimidating - the ha ha ha ha bit.

We were stood behind the goal and dirtectly behind us raised up was seating and so we were totally surrounded.

Plus some ****** threw a coin at my head just after Redfearn scored.

Hell of a game though, we lost 5-4. It was when Viv Anderson was in charge. We had a left back on load from Villa and he was absolutely crap - Blair.(casualty)
