Old Photo Help

    Anybody any good/know anybody that can restore an old photo? It's creased and has cracked the photograph.

    Only way I know is to scan the photo into digital, then use something like photoshop to repair the image.

    Have a look at these mate. My mum had some old photos restored by them, I think it cost her about £20 each photo, but they did a great job.

    Ill have a go for you if you want. quite easy on photoshop

    My dad was quoted £60 and told this photo was almost impossible to Restore. Photo is 50 years old and pretty battered. He only wanted to put it on a card for funky pigeon for his sisters 50th whose in the pushchair. So wasn't going to pay 60 quid. I said id have gone mad had he paid owt like that, and id do it for him for nowt.

    Think I did a decent job, done a few more since

    Ok let me know. But if he wants me to have a go I wouldn't charge anything. If he didn't think it was good enough then he could have them done professionally.

    Eventually I will advertise as a photo restore service on eBay but at moment I will do owt for free to get practice
