It's a bit harsh though, charging him. I thought he made legitimate manager excuses. Moyes might want to watch out too if whinging is banned http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/fo...ester-Uniteds-hardest-start-for-20-years.html
First game into the season and charged already. Good work Ollie!! I do agree with JD though, I think its harsh and as much as he annoys me at times I think his point is legitimate and valid but nothing will ever change while ever referees are treated as untouchables who are beyond question and criticism.
I don't see how he said anything wrong. The first thing he said was that if the ref missed a clear foul then the assistants with the same view as him should have and if they didn't then they aren't good enough. Then he said that referee's give fouls to bigger clubs but not to smaller clubs, again this is something that we all know they do. If you're the manager of a small club you get charged, manager of a big club and you can say whatever you want.
Wasn't surprised and was expecting it after reading it yesterday. It's a good point he makes as we know as fans all about it supporting Barnsley but it is fine worthy.
He attempted to claim that it wasn't a penalty. If he thinks that wasn't a penalty, he's going to have a serious hard time about a lot of decisions this season. It was bloody blatant.
Yeah but when that happens, it'll be 'the ref has a tough decision to make, it's a hard job', or most likely 'well it's about time we got one'
