    The mens 100m takes some beating. That guy was shifting. 9.69 and he was celebrating for the last 5. Could he have gone below 9.5 if he had run through the line? I know he isn't British, but who cares?

    Far too many but....

    Rebecca Adlington brought a tear to my eye as my daughter used to swim against her regularly as a 15/16 year old until the pressure to succeed (mainly from her mother) got too much for her. It made me wonder what might have been if she'd been handled properly.
