To be honest I weren't too impressed with Brown. I'm not knocking the lad as first and foremost he's a centre-half playing at wingback. I have no problem with him playing, but he doesn't look comfortable going forward and I don't recall him ever looking likely to create anything when he went forward. If he is going to become regular in that position I do think he will improve though.
Just about ok but no more than that We have far better on bench Now if you are satisfied with ok then that's your choice. However, I want better and I find it extremely frustrating when we have better on the bench
but you were being positive.. which implies you were happy with ok ok...decent... alright.... not bad etc etc..... pmsl
It can only get better after yesterday. I Hope!!!! with all the late additions to the squad it probably only to be expected as they have had precious little time to gel. Patience required at all levels to let things click into place for want of a better phrase.
I'm more than happy & willing to show patience and tolerance with this squad of young players. I'm not prepared to jump to instant conclusions on a player's abilities. Nor am I willing to write off a young lad's Barnsley career after one performance. I'm fully aware this puts me at odds with the modern 'right here, right now' way of thinking and I accept I'm a footballing dinosaur with my approach and attitude. So be it.
Haha you've been shown up as a right bell now. One post you have a go, the next he is one of the positive things. Ineffective is not ok. You're the biggest joke on bbs. So amusing.
Haha keep back tracking. You can't remember which players you've slagged in your multiple posts. That is amusing and shows you for the complete idiot you are!! Why not create one thread with all your thoughts. Or are you incapable of stringing together you're thoughts into one thread?
I don't know anyone called judas at Barnsley. And besides there is a wider thinking that judas' behaviour set in motion the crucifixion and resurrection which led to mankinds salvation. So really without judas there wouldn't have been salvation. If you think leaving a job is askin to a disciple of Christ betraying him leading to his execution then you are slightly strange. It's also odd that you use the name Judas. Which is his first name. It's almost pally to call someone by their first name. Iscariot would be more of a disparaging name.
I thought that on his first outing against Hull he looked good at full back, but on his second against Wednesday he wasn't as good. Looks to me as if he needs a winger in front of him cos he does not seem to want to overlap as is expected of a wingback. If he was playing wingback instead of full back I don't think he understood that.
