Yes the discipline and concentration were excellent bar the odd lapse but its a long season and more attacking options are needed if you concede first the game plan has to change. Separate point Rochdale are struggling without Keith Hill.
Wellsie's right, the back six were excellent yesterday, especially dealing with a very physical Henderson, rightly booked later on. Interesting listening to Bobby Hassell on Barnsley Player, when he says we should now be braver at home, moving the ball forward more quickly. I don't want to see two defensive midfielders such as Addison & Doyle brought in against Leicester, and hope we have a real go at them with an attacking set-up.
To be fair to Rochdale they have lost the best players from the team from last year. We got some, Weds got their main striker, so I think it should be expected they will struggle at first
Maybe they have, but we dont know that for sure, I have no idea about their previous managers except Parkin. I think they have been in this division before though, so maybe there has been a sucessful manager at Spotlands before?
