well the rumour from within is that there was an almighty bust up in the changing rooms at half time at crewe with davey blaming kozzy for the penalty and kozzy blaming LEON. KOZZY went on the overlap but LEON turned inside leaving kozzy stranded and chasing back. handbags at half time culminating in odejayi getting a drinks carton in the face. now thats come from within the club and kozzy has told SD HE WILL NOT PLAY FOR HIM AGAIN.. it would also seem that several other players are also unhappy. looks like being a long old season down at the oakwell
if thats true i think its time for patrick to step in and get it sorted before its too late. this falling out with players isnt doing the team any good, how many more are going to be paid to stay at home, its looking like the only one to stay at home is the man in charge. s.d.
It all depends how the affair was handled, if according to some earlier posts Kidd was involved and used the Schoolmaster tactics no wander the players were upset. It probably explains why we lost the bloody match. However if the 'bollocking' was tactfully handled and the players accepted the blame, then to be fair they should have no complaint. What worries me is this conflict seems to be getting worse and as such is effecting the results.
Who make make a decision about SD? and who would appoint his replacement if he was to go? Don't think i would trust ouer present directors - especially Mr Ticket Fiasco!
So are you saying the club start to let the players rule the roost now? Daveys the manager, let him decide who's at fault and who isn't and he'll deal with it accordingly. They all should be professional enough to take critisism where it's due. He has to maintain his authority or we really would be up sh*t creek. The players are the one's who ultimately have to take responsibility for bad performances and need towork even harder to put things right.
Well if it's Kozzy saying he isn't going to play for us again then get Palace on the phone asap and see if they want him! But on a serious note it needs to be sorted even though early doors. We need all players AND management onside this season.

we havent a big enough squad for davey to keep falling out with players, and pushing them into the background, its one thing sorting players faults out tactfully and another thing freezing them out. after all its the team that suffers in the end and results keep going against us, sort it out davey in a tactful way and lets get started picking up some points.

end of the day whoever kozluk thinks was at fault, he was the one who made a very badly timed challenge resulting in a penalty. for a player of his experience that tackle was shocking.
