    ..today is a point won rather than two lost. Too many players were off their game and I'm afraid Davey got the major decision wrong with his team selection. I think he picked Devaney on sentiment today as reward for his performances off the bench. But in doing so we ended up making three changes to the team shape just to accommodate him. The right decision would have been a straight replacement of De Silva with Togwell. We would have been far more competitive in the middle, allowing Howard to get forward more, and would still have had Devaney to bring on at the end.
    On the plus side, at least we didn't lose and Mostto is off the mark at last!!
    Also does anyone know where Christensen was today?

    hindsight is a wonderful thing though. Dev deserved a start and had we drawn without picking him people would have said it was negative, can't get the results every game. A win at the KC and it's a good 4 points, I think we will too

    agree with that, it was the ideal situation to bring him on and put some backbone into the midfield

    hope we learn the lessons from today, Burnley made us play the way they wanted us to by being physical, they got us out of our comfort zone and into theirs. Togwell might/should have upped the tempo in midfield and got them thinking about what we were doing. Credit to Burnley for their preparation and we have got to expect other teams to do exactly the same and stop us playing football

    not much to get excited about at all apart from Mostto's goal, thought it wasnt going to be his day when he missed with the header minutes before scoring

    SD effectively made three changes today...

    [1] Moving JCR from right to left (in the first half)
    [2] Moving McCann from L -> C
    [3] Bringing in Devaney to play RHM (i agree that Martin was "acommodated" to a certain extent)

    Maybe McCann earned his chance in the middle, but it seems Togwell is not fancied at all by Simon at the moment. Fair enough..
