Top tip: at 5 to 3 on saturday afternoons open your window and place a mattress outside. Then when the inevitable goal is conceded you can launch it out of the window and then go and retrieve it. I haven't thought of a way to solve the ceiling issue when we win yet but considering that only happens once a decade it isn't such a problem.
