How many times will AR make that mistake?

Waste of space

All he does is jog round near the centre circle and stays as far away from the action as possible.Just do not know what Ritchie sees in him. Also why won't he put Hayes wide on the right for a change - workes well l;ast year.

I'd leave Devaney on the bench against Leeds and play Nardiello up front with Hayes and McIndoe wide.

Pity we dont play for 80 mins

We would have at least 3 more points from the last 4 games

Not today we didn't

After the Plymouth game, I had a go at Andy for not doing anything to win the game.

I disagree with you. Today's substitutions were not negative.

He brought on Healy and switched to THREE up front. The manager couldn't have done any more today.

Not at all

The squad we have is (if we're being generous) nearly good enough to survive. To be confident of survival, it does need strengthening. Even pre-season, we had brought in replacements for the departures - Togwell, Letheren and McIndoe for McPhail, Flinders and Shuker - fair trade I'd say but not a significant strengthening of the squad.

Attracting quality players is the key to turning this around. Increasing the wages on offer increases choice of available players and therefore increases your chances of finding the right ones. Furthermore, when we were on a good run at the start of the season, we all still knew players would be needed but only now, when we've slumped to the bottom, will we step up the search. This, of course, is when no-one will be so keen to come.

If you think a bottom-3 club offering below-par wages can attract players of the quality and experience to dig in for us, I'd be waxing my arse for a May unveiling if I were you.

And all for the want of a horseshoe nail.

Correct

Got caught napping at the back whilst going for the win.

Hate to say it but, in spite of all the talk on the board today about Williams's inadequacies, the weak link in our back 4 today was none other than Paul Reid.

Utterly useless.

If we can see that he is a weak addition why does Richie persist in bringing him on, it's the equivalent of going down to 10 men!

Someone on here said that Ritchie feels the need to justify signing Healy and I feel there is definately some truth in that. Healy used to be a decent player and signing a player with such bad injuries was a gamble. Look at Howard, he was injured and has come good but it looks like the Healy gamble has not paid off. Time for AR to cut his losses.

well, maybe then, he needs to attack the 'mistakes' in training!

Concentrate on sorting out the defensive errors instead of relying on the 'Gung Ho' approach.
Plymouth showed how far we have to go to reach their heights 10 men attack, 10 men defend
Heartbreaking today but you could see it coming.
No one on the bench to make a difference and the same tactical substitutions.
We are like a flippin open book to other teams and Managers.

I thought Reid had a 'mare'

His passing was all over the place. He looked as nervous as hell.
Committed he is but caught wanting today big style.

A fit Mat Carbon

would have been like a rock at the heart of the defence but AR prefers to play with a team of nearly men.

We need a an experienced centre half, two fullbacks and a 15 goal a season striker to play with

Colgan
Reid
Togwell
Devaney
Howard
McIndoe and
Nardiello.

What's that? Is that like a "fit Nardiello", except bigger?

Admittedly, it was a job keeping him fit

But when he played he was a bloody good defender, had the experience and the nous, just that he played one game in and 3 out.
I did like him and I did always think that he gave his all when he did play.
I can see where J C is coming from.

He was excellent on his day, but you can never rely on someone who spends so much time on the physio's table.
