    Is he could not get the team to play any worse. bang on certainty he would improve the situation.

    Changing a manager without major changes to playing staff usually works for a couple of games at the most.

    Then you are back to sack the manager again.

    It rarely works in the long term. We could be seeing that now.

    That is normally the case when the current maanger has built a squad that isnt good enough

    and despite getting the best out of them they just arent doing the job. Simon Davey's case is different, he has a squad with so much potential but is holding them back by making baffling decisions
