    This is yet another example of very lazy journalism. The "masterminded a last-day escape" nonsense ignores the sustained run of form from the turn of the year. The writer also seems oblivious to the changes in the club's infrastructure and the low levels of debt, which have enabled us to begin to take players on longer contracts.

    As I've said before though, this sort of thing is great because it creates some interesting betting opportunities, given the extent to which we are under-estimated.
